An enquiry we received. I am having a problem with my front door as it catches when trying to open it.
A reply from Glazing Masters: Normally we would send you our quotation to adjust your door, but I have noticed that you live in the same village as one of our part-time helpers, so I have asked him to give you a knock to see if he can help you, hopefully saving you same money.
We revived an email saying: Thank you so much for your help, I will definitely be using you if anything worthwhile comes along, few companies would have done this to help… thanks again David
Not only did our guy help and sorted the door problem but he did not charge for his time.
