John has just fitted two windows for me, 1 'normal' double glazed window and a velux skylight. Most of the big companies did not want to touch the skylight as they had advised a whole new unit!! John has done the most fantastic job of both windows, leaving the house cleaned than when he started. I would highly recommend to anyone. Many thanks.

Exceptional service! Fantastic Job

Glazing Masters has just fitted two double glazed sealed units for me. One normal double-glazed window and one a Velux Skylight. Most of the big companies did not want to touch the skylight as they had advised a whole new window! Glazing Maters has done the most fantastic job of both windows, leaving the house cleaned then when they started. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service

John did a wonderful job replacing a misted panel on my bay window, in and out in no time and it looks as good as the original you would not even know it’s been replaced. Very accommodating with dates as I had other work done and reslly quick between estimate and job. Exceptional Service

Glazing Masters was great in replacing two large and heavy patio double glazed windows for a fair price.

The replacement was done with extreme care and competence and replaced both again without blinking an eye when it turned out the one panel developed a manufacturing defect a few days after installation.

What was even better was to have this job done on a Saturday which was super convenient for us. I live in Cambridge, and I’d recommend them to anyone in the area.

Glazing Masters were fantastic!

I needed a catflap put in and it was such an effortless process. He came to take measurements, got the sealed unit made and a few weeks later he popped in to install it. He did a really great job and was also very kind enough to take our old panel of double glazing and swapped it into our other door next to it that has blown. Complicated work done!

Very pleasant man to have the rather complicated work done. He explained what had to be done and when one of the units was not correct, he changed it at no extra cost. When he left you would not know he had been there. Very impressed and will use him again if I need any double glazing repairs in the future. Excellent Service

On both visits (1 st to measure & 2 nd to install) the service was excellent. The replacement sealed units blend in perfectly with the remaining ones and we were very impressed with the price. Glazing Masters was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and left the site clean. They even solved a problem we had with another window that didn’t need replacing and also helped me put the net curtains back. I was initially a bit worried about sending my own measurements in but it saved an extra visit and gave us an idea of the cost of the new sealed units before ordering them. The time between ordering and fitting was also very impressive. All in all Glazing Masters provided an excellent service and I will have no hesitation in contacting them again in the future if further windows need their service or recommending them to others.

Needed a broken window pane fixed before Xmas. Called around a few companies all of whom couldn’t guarantee it would be done on time but John from glazing masters came and checked and assured me he’d get it sorted. Couldn’t be happier. Amazing Standard

I approached Glazing Masters for replacement of four misted units, having received an extortionately high quote from a local trusted company i have used before. The quote I received from GM was approximately a third of the total received elsewhere and also included repairs to a faulty hinge on a casement window. I was also able to spec obscured glass for one of the bathroom units. There is currently a delay with glazing (as there is with all materials at the moment) but GM were much quicker to obtain the materials and attend site than the TOA supplied elsewhere. The fitter attended site when he said he would and was really friendly, tidy and ultimately completed the work to an amazing standard. I have only good things to say and i would recommend their services to anyone and will use them again if i encounter any additional glazing issues. Thank you.

From the outset of my initial enquiry (to replace 1 large panel of double glazed glass in a bifold door). I quickly realised that John was a true professional. He responded immediately via email & followed this up by arranging a visit to measure up. Confirmed prices & quote via email. Price was very competitive & it was reassuring to deal with someone who obviously takes pride in their work. On the day of fitting the glass John arrived as arranged. Glass was fitted perfectly & even cleaned after. Also the slates in the blind covering the bifold doors were removed so they were not in the way. It was a very warm day, yet John ensured he re threaded the slats before he left. No mess to clean up. Very polite, trustworthy individual.
