I needed two blown units replacing…one large pane (toughened) and a smaller Velux window. I provided details against which John provided an emailed quote. I was happy with this…realistic price…so John then came round to measure up, then returned a couple of weeks later to instal both replacement units, taking away the old units for me. No fuss, no mess, just good solid, honest, professional job…just what I wanted. So my experience was definitely 5* and I would make a point of going back to John when more units fail in the future. Based upon my first hand experience, I’m more than happy to recommend.
