From the beginning, John listened to exactly what we were looking for. We had the pane of glass replaced in our back door to accommodate the installation of a cat flap (there was lead in the previous glass). Despite the current situation, the job was completed quickly and John worked around our work from home commitments. We are really happy with the job John completed and wouldn’t hesitate to use Glazing Masters again.
