We needed replacement glass in one of our Velux windows recently and Glazing Masters went the extra mile, coming to measure up accurately for the replacement, and also to obtain the Velux details from the 27-year-old frame, which itself was not at all an easy task.
Then came at the time and date agreed to fit the replacement, which again we think proved to be more difficult than they expected, but they completed the job to our full satisfaction and even cleared up perfectly afterwards, so apart from the unblemished glass, there was no sign that anyone had been there.
