True professional

From the outset of my initial enquiry (to replace 1 large panel of double glazed glass in a bifold door). I quickly realised that John was a true professional. He responded immediately via email & followed this up by arranging a visit to measure up. Confirmed prices & quote via email. Price was very competitive & it was reassuring to deal with someone who obviously takes pride in their work. On the day of fitting the glass John arrived as arranged. Glass was fitted perfectly & even cleaned after. Also the slates in the blind covering the bifold doors were removed so they were not in the way. It was a very warm day, yet John ensured he re threaded the slats before he left. No mess to clean up. Very polite, trustworthy individual. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again & highly recommend them.
