John was punctual and polite. He explained the problem I had and gave me two options with written costings as to how to resolve this with the positives for each solution. He respected the covid 19 social distancing rules and wore gloves and a mask as well as asking me to leave the room while he worked. I found his price very reasonable for the work involved and would certainly use his services again if needed.
